Ocean rowing is the ultimate test of endurance — physical, mental, and emotional. Over the coming months, Thriva will be helping us explore how our biology adapts through the intense training and during the crossing itself, when we’ll be rowing two hours on, two hours off, for nearly 3,000 miles.
Using Thriva’s blood testing and scanning services, we’ll be tracking key biomarkers — things like inflammation, nutrient status, metabolic health, and hormone balance — to build a vivid picture of our internal world. These insights will help us understand how our bodies respond to physical and psychological stress, how quickly we recover, and how we can fuel ourselves more intelligently to sustain performance.

Just as GPS provides direction across the Atlantic, Thriva’s data will act as our internal navigation system. Tracking our health markers before, during, and after the race will allow us to:
